Very nice demonstration of ‘jing’. I had a friend at university (Warwick) Meron Drofiak, who was a Shotokai practitioner, and I was very impressed with his ‘soft’ technique. Good to see Master Harada is still on great form!
Thank you for your comment! The “soft” technique of KDS practice, as you say, it´s the search and practice of a relaxed body. It´s the balance between the soft and hard. Relaxed, but consistent. An interesting and demanding practice, which I follow in the present.
